Incubator = networking, coaching & infrastructure

We also provide all startups with our infrastructure with co-working spaces and meeting rooms in Duisburg's inner harbor. Here You can find more information about our location.

We also support early-stage startups with mentors in our partner network when creating an initial prototype.

As part of an early-stage logistics start-up, you can apply for a place in our incubator program here. From all applications, our jury of experts will then select the startups that are allowed to participate in our program.

Currently is none Incubator application phase.

FAQs

Frequently asked questions

Do you have any questions about the application, the program or startport? Have a look at the small collection of questions to see if everything is answered. Your question is not included? Don't hesitate and feel free to get in touch with us — we look forward to hearing from you!

How long does the incubator program last?

Our program is scheduled for 6 months. During this time, you will be actively supported as a STARTPORT start-up and benefit from close and regular exchange both with startups from current and previous batches as well as with individually tailored coaching and workshops as well as access to the logistics industry and our network of experts.

Is the incubator program right for me?

Our focus is on startups in the logistics and supply chain sectors who want to obtain feedback from customers about their range of services at an early stage.
Do you find yourself here with your startup/project? Then get in touch with us and describe where you are right now. We will then be happy to give you an assessment of your ideal program and funding opportunities.

Is the program free of charge?

Our program is completely free of charge — we still do not accept any company shares for participation.

Active participation and use of co-working in Duisburg

In the incubator, we expect a strong local presence due to higher support and funding requirements. However, startups in incubators don't have to use coworking in Duisburg's inner harbor as a regular workplace. However, as a team, you are required to attend certain dates during the program period. These include, for example, the official kick-off event as well as coaching and group workshops with our experts from industrial and logistics companies. We ensure close and intensive contact with you through a fixed exchange appointment (approximately every 2 weeks, can also take place online).

Tips and tricks for your pitch deck

A pitch deck is a short and clear presentation of your business idea and the ticket to various situations: investor meetings, customer acquisition, competitions or program applications, for example at startport. It's important that you always have an up-to-date and compelling pitch deck at hand. But what is actually convincing? Based on our experience, we would like to give you tips for your pitch deck.
